Our Community
As a not-for-profit organization we continuously depend on the help and support of the members of our community. In return we provide cultural and social interactions for the families and individuals of the Bangladeshi community, and offer a variety of programs and services. We strive to promote the Bangladeshi culture and heritage here in Edmonton and vicinity area.
There are many ways how you can get involved with our organization and community. We have listed a few here on this page.
BHESA's membership is renewed on an annual basis. More information about being a member of the Bangladesh Heritage and Ethnic Society of Alberta can be found on the membership page in the "About Us" section.

Membership Fee for Single Members
The current membership fee for single members is 5.00 CAD.
Membership Fee for Families
The current membership fee for families is 10.00 CAD.
Membership Fee for Single Associate Members
The current membership fee for single associate members is 5.00 CAD.
Membership Fee for Associate Families
The current membership fee for associate families is 10.00 CAD.
We currently offer two main ways to advertise to our community members: You may book a spot for the online advertising banner on our website www.bangladeshheritage.ca. The messages are rotating, and the banner is visible on all pages (left side below the main menu). Further we offer printed advertisement space in our publication, the Edmonton Bichitra. The magazine is issued to our members on an annual base. Please contact us for more information.

Many of our events and activities would not be possible without the voluntary help of our community members. We appreciate all this help and would like to continue the engagement for all to share their talents and contributions. Please get in touch.
