EC Chair, in consultation with Advocate Arif Khan(Member of EC), honoured to announce the commencement of the The Bangladesh Heritage and Ethnic Society of Alberta (BHESA) 2021 Election in accordance with the Governance Policy of BHESA. The election will be contested in accordance with the election procedures announced by the Election Commission.
Election Schedule:
Last date for Nomination Submission : By 09 pm on March 10, 2021
Last date for Nomination Withdrawal : By 09 pm on March 12, 2021
Final list of Candidates, and Voters/Members (to be prepared by the past executive committee with endorsement from EC : Prior to 12 pm on March 07, 2021
Election Date: March 15, or forwarded to AGM on March 21, 2021.
The positions for the candidature available are: president (1), vice-president (2), general secretary (1), joint general secretary (1), and treasurer (1), member of communication and organizational affairs (1), member of cultural affairs (1), member of social welfare (1), member of sports affairs (1), member of youth affairs (1) and ex-officio member (past president).
Nominations are to be confirmed, using the respective FORM that required candidate's digital signature, and the date using the following format announced:
